Why we store personal information

Bote Lammgård – Boel Olaison registers your personal information in order to handle orders, purchases, complaints, communication regarding purchases in our webshop. This information is required, by law, for a purchase to be made. Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visitor statistics. Google Analytics does not store any named personal data, only IP addresses, which are considered personal data. The purpose of the analysis tool is to improve our website feeds and to make improvements to different browsers our visitors use. 

How long we store customer information

We store all data until the purchase has been completed, including delivery and payment, and 36 months from the latest purchase date.

Request for removal of personal data

You may at any time request that your stored personal information from us be removed from our system. We will not save any data unless they can be linked to a new purchase. A removal request will be sent by e-mail to 


 The personal information we have is what you have provided to us, those we collect from your purchases as well as from any third parties such as address details and creditworthiness. We may share personal data with other companies that process information on our behalf and on behalf of us. This applies to payment solutions companies, transport companies and IT companies that take care of our maintenance. These companies use only personal information for the purpose we recorded your data for from the beginning.

Deletion of data can be done if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected.
